Project Overview

Led the Ghana Remote and Online Work (GROW) Project — a national digital upskilling program for women. Designed and coordinated 12-week training across three cohorts, ensuring women gain relevant digital and remote work skills.

Project Process

  • Designed user journeys from enrollment to job placement
  • Co-created curricula with trainers for practical remote work skills
  • Built M&E dashboard to track learning outcomes
