Project Overview
Kumasi Hive serves as the cornerstone of Northern Ghana's innovation ecosystem, fostering entrepreneurship through strategic partnerships and comprehensive support programs. As Project & Grant Manager, I orchestrated multiple donor-funded initiatives that collectively transformed the regional startup landscape, creating sustainable pathways for young entrepreneurs to access funding, mentorship, and market opportunities.
